Do you charge me a fee?

No – our services are free for our candidates. Your future employer will pay for our fees.

What happens if I am unhappy in my new position?

If you are unhappy in your new position, please Contact Us immediately to discuss your options.

What if I do not want my current employer to know I am looking for alternative work?

At Davis Recruitment, we value candidate care and confidentiality. If you inform us that you would like all contact to remain confidential, we will respect your request, and will not contact your current employer.

What happens if you do not have a suitable position for me?

We strive to offer you a service which best suits your personal needs. Although we may not currently have a suitable position for you, we are always on the lookout for new and rewarding job opportunities. You can sign up to receive Job Alerts, or Submit Your Resume with us today to receive information about exciting new positions.

How will I know if a position is still vacant?

We update our list of Current Jobs on a daily basis, to ensure that you have the best opportunity to find a suitable position. Alternatively, you can Submit Your Resume with us, and we will update you with new job opportunities that are suitable for you.

How will I know if you have received my application?

Our goal is to provide you with a personalised service to best suit your needs. In doing so, we will do our best to respond to your application by phone or email. If you have not been contacted within what you feel is a reasonable timeframe after submitting your application, please Contact Us to follow up your application.
